UAE batting collapse result in huge defeat

Bangladesh won by 51 runs in the third match of the 2016 Asia Cup at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on Friday night.

In chase of 134 runs, UAE have scored only 82 runs losing all wickets in 17.4 overs in the third match.

Earlier, Bangladesh scored 133 runs losing 8 wickets in 20 overs against UAE at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.

Soumya Sarkar scored only 21 runs while Mohammad Mithun 47 for Bangladesh.

In the last over, Mahmudullah cracked a few lusty blows to give the bowlers something to defend in Mirpur while he added 36 important runs off 27 deliveries.

Mashrafe sent back Shaiman Anwar to the pavilion while Shakib took the last UAE to fall when he had Raza stumped for five.

The UAE won the toss and elected to bowl first against Bangladesh in the third match today evening.

On Wednesday, India won by 45 runs in the opening match of the 2016 Asia Cup at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka against Tigers.
